"I had placed an order and abruptly realized I missed one additional part, an O-ring weighing a few grams.
I tried resolving the oversight by using the on line chat / help, needless to say, my order had already been processed and the agent was not able to help.
If I want the addition O-ring I will need to pay an additional shipping and handling charge. The original price of the item is $0.95.
I understand there are limitations as to what a customer service agent can do, but a seemingly simple task is beyond the capabilities of Car-stuff.com
The resolution to this type of situation is a simple one, I will pass the ill words on to my customers, friends and family, to review a company’s customer service and reputation before purchasing anything.
