"Bit of a debacle. Orders placed that simply vanished (never charged). Order additions that somehow disappeared between add to cart and finalize order. I thought I had simply made a mistake at some point, but after calling them to amend order for me, the wrong order still arrived at the door. I got a phone message that the additions could not be made as it was received too late. I had spoken to them about changes within 30 minutes of placing order, and order wasn't sent for several days. I think they're genuinely trying to offer a good service, but clearly their computer system isn't up to the job."
