"Horrible company to deal with. Will never buy from you again, Most Customer service people I talked with were very hard to talk to , took allot of explaining for them to catch on what was going on when I had order troubles on my first order I had to cancel. they even had a hard time understanding my order number. Prices were good thou, hope the product is a good quality. "

"Avoid this web site... they immediately debited my account but still till this date they will not give me any information or tracking number. When I placed the order I was told it would 4-7 days to receive the part... no part no money... I have requested my money back ... but no credit to my account... avoid this company!!"

"The whole experience-from start to finish-was very easy. They answered all my questions almost immediately. The pics on the site were very clear and informative. "My '93 Toyota 4x4 p/up failed inspection due to ragged seat belts. I placed the order on Sunday night and they arrived Thursday. It took 45 minutes to take out old belts, both sides and put in new. "I purchased a throttle and a clutch cable by part number. When the clutch cable turned out to have been given the same part number as the aftermarket adjustable one, they immediately agreed to refund me on the bad (by now installed) cable. I ordered the correct one, which arrived the next day. After I'd had it installed, I returned the wrong one for a full refund to my credit card.
Ace service from professional folks who stand behind their website. I'll be shopping there from now on, thanks!

"Purchased a Antenna and received the wrong one, call customer service and was taken care of in one call. Agent was patient and informative. I was surprised at how helpful he actually was trying to be. Most times now days when you call a company with a delivery problem, your treated like a leper. "Very happy with this trasaction even though there were problems. I ordered extension mirrors for my 1997 Dodge Dakota and the price was one of the best on the net. I felt, especially considering the fact that it was during the holidays between Christmas and New Years, that it was shipped promptly and arrived on the day promise. When I received the box - which was the retail packaging from the Manufacturer with no addtional box - I noticed that the box had been opened before and retaped and sealed, but I did not consider that a big deal because someone may have ordered a wrong part and returned it. It's what's inside that counts. I opened the box and took out a mirror which happened to be the driver's side mirror and took it out and put it on my truck and it was exactly what I needed and ordered. I dediced I better make sure the passenger side mirror was correct also and so as I pulled it from the box the first thing I noticed was that the mirror glass was not mounted on the holder correctly. It appeared that it had come loose and then got restuck back on in the shipping process or something but was no where near where it should have been and was unusable in that position. I found that it used heavy duty double sided tape and I was able to move it myself. In the process of doing that I notice a black line about 2 inches long on the mirror. Thinking it was dirt or glue or something I tried to remove it and finally figured out that it was actually a scratch on the back of the mirror and some of the silver reflecting material was scratched off. Of course I was very disappointed and so the next morning I called them at their customer service line and explaned all of the above. I had to talk to a couple different people and explain it a couple times and answer a few more questions of course, but when it was all said and done they immediatley credited me back the entire purchase price including the shipping and handling. I feel very badly that the problem occured, but I work in retail and I know these things happen. I felt that they took care of it exactly the best way they could. I will definitely use them again on future purchases of this kind. "
