"Purchased two Southwest Airlines cards to use for our vacation. After using them on Southwest Airlines website to purchase my flight in February, I did not find out until checking into the airport for our flight that the cards were invalid and we had to pay an additional $300 for our flight at check-in. We were told there was an issue with the gift card. After calling the airline's Customer Relations department, we were told that both cards belonged to two separate people and Southwest refunded the payment to that person instead of us. So, now someone else has our $300 since they were the original card purchaser! Do not buy from CardFlip as you may not be getting what you think and you may be out of pocket extra money!"
