"I've used cardpool a number of times and am overall happy with my experience. I had one negative experience where the gift card I received did not have the stated value remaining. I contacted Cardpool about the discrepancy. They did give me a credit towards the difference but I was not made whole. The difference was minimal and not enough to stop me from making additional purchases (without incident I might add). My only general criticism is that I don't like that their turnaround is inconsistent. Sometimes I get my ecard within the hour and other times it takes a few days for them to email it. I've been stressed out on occasion when I'm waiting for an ecard while worrying that the sale or discount code for the product I intend to use it on will expire before I receive it. But overall I am satisfied with their service."
