They called me once, 18 hours later, on my lunch, I missed the call, by two seconds so I called them back right away. Voicemail. Called 10 other times before I gave up. Waste of time. Had to go through the hassle of a refund because they are soo slow. When I buy e gift cards on eBay, I never have this problem."

"First time user. Ordered on 8 Feb in time to receive an electronic gift card for Valentines Day. To date have not received anything. Received a voice mail from a live agent requesting I return her call for additional verification. The return number is the same as the customer service number listed on the site. Called 15 times and left over 10 voice mail messages. NO RESPONSE. Received over 15 emails from their customer service automated center indicating someone will call me back shortly. TO DATE NO RESPONSE!. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! There is NO LIVE AGENT to contact. Valentines Day passed and I still have not received my item. "

I don't suppose it's only a coincidence that I sold Cardpool a gift card which the company now claims they never received. "Traded a BestBuy Giftcard for a Amazon gift card, using the credit-card free mail back process. The entire transaction took from January 26th to February 5th (8 business days).
I mailed the card back using their return sticker.
I got worried about 5 business days in, and they responded quickly and said they have not received the card yet, and would tell me when they received it.
Cardpool.com received the card and very quickly (same day) gave me an Amazon giftcard that was worth the exact amount they said it would be."
