"I do a lot of shopping on line. Your website loaded very fast from my mobile device. The layout was extremely intuitive. It was very simple to find what I was looking for. It should be this easy at every online retailer's website, but sadly, that just isn't the case. Simplicity at its best. Well done."
"Very dissatisfied with customer service. Ordered wrong product, immediately called to correct or cancel. Was told that wasn’t possible and there would be postage paid label in package to return item. Since this return procedure was inconvenient I chose not to purchase correct item from carhartt website. Then was told they would contact shipping and cancel item and I should receive a confirmation email that order was cancelled. This did not happen and I received item instead. Return address label was not postage paid so I contacted customer service and was told they would email me a postage paid label. A week later had not received email, contacted customer service again. Again was told they would send me postage paid label through email. Conclusion is customer service tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing. This was my first and last purchase with your company."
