"One of the four cartridges I ordered (magenta) was packaged differently than the three others, which were shrink wrapped and seem to work well. The different one soon began to leak ink on my copies ... even black and white ones. Contacting customer service a week ago has, surprise ... produced no response. I just bought a replacement from a reputable dealer, I only hope I have not harmed my laser printer with the junk that Cartridge America sells."

"I was sent 2 xl black ink cartridges For my Canon printer back in November 2019. Both of them or defective and printed few pages and then would say that it was out of ink. I called and troubleshooting with the company several times using wet paper towels unplugging re putting back in the cartridges ex cetera to no Avail they still do not work. I was finally sent one replacement months later after calling 7 times. When I got the replacement guess what it didn't work either. I have literally emailed this company 16 times and called them 9 times. I spoken with Patrick, Robert and now I have spoken with the so called manager Kevin. No 1 will give me their bosses name phone number or anything. This company is a scam a sham do not white or anything from them they're selling you junk. After having to print everything in color for the last several months since I had no working black ink cartridge now my color ink is out. One of the employees told me that my printer just must have to have the brand name. So I asked will you send me the brand name. I asked for 1 black and 1 color brand name ink cartridge. I originally ordered to extra large black ink cartridges that I guess we're generic. I had no idea they were generic at the time of purchase. It's been 5 months and due to all this horrible customer service I feel that's the least that they could do. I'm not even Asking for the extra large cartridges. All I'm asking for is one color and 1 black brand name Canon cartridge. I feel that's the least they could do after me spending $33 with them and waiting 5 months for resolution. The time that I have spent emailing and calling them has been ridiculous. I should be on their payroll at this point. Do not order from this company. They will not fix their issues or resolve any of them all they do is pass the buck."

"After purchasing multiple times from here. I was ordering my regular order and I'm a frequent buyer. Cartridge America changed their courier service that they shipped to me by and then claimed they delivered me my package when they didn't. I reported this and Patrick and James made it seem like I made a mistake by not purchasing insurance for my order. How many of you out there purchase insurance when you buy something online? When I asked who signed for it, they said this wasn't that kind of delivery. I was asked to fill a form and was committed to by Patrick that a replacement would be shipped, only then to find 2 weeks later that they decided against it? I really enjoyed their discounted prices, but now I get their secret to making that possible. What cheats! Patrick furthermore added that he's just the messenger and if James said no that meant no. Thanks James!!"

"My blue cartridge did not work. I called to tell them and was told to “send them and email” and they would look into it. I never heard back from them. I had to buy the cartridge again from another vendor."

"I paid for the expedited shipping and expedited processing so it would arrive by Wed. The toner did not arrive Wednesday nor Thursday. I called customer service, after 15 minutes on hold while he checked on my order, he was unable to give me a tracking number nor confirm if the order even shipped. Then he was unwilling to refund the expedited shipping nor expedited processing they charged me- For an order they clearly never even shipped nor processed!"
