Avoid this company
"A horrible company.
I wish I read the negative reviews about this company before dealing with them.
They advertise wrong items for my Epson printer; after receiving the products called their customer service and provided pictures of my original Epson and what I received. Their customer service (in India) constantly promised to either replace or refund, which never happened. I had to contact Paypal to get refund."

"This is Horrible Company with Horrible customer service, do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY from them. Their online battery data base is far from accurate so they ship wrong battery which can damage your electronics. They do not take any responsibility for their mistakes so customer has to pay return shipping. Finally, called Duracell customer services to tell them about poor fit quality of Duracell battery but they cared less.
WARNING, the company is doing business under other names, you can find the listing on BBB web site."
