"Will not do business with them again. Fan I bought didn't work, and the return policy is prohibitive. I'd have to pay shipping back to them, then back to me again (shipping paid 3 times) and by some miracle if they get the stupid fan to work, or just say they did, they keep 20% "restocking fee". So with 3 shipping charges and possibly 20%, my $10.00 fan would end up costing many times that. There are plenty of internet stores that will sell me fans that work or stand behind their products if they don't work."
