"We bought the Jonathan L-shaped sectional just six months ago and the pilling and sagging is incredibly disappointing. The fabric began to pill almost immediately.
Delivery was fine and on-time but the product has been low quality. When I purchased the piece, I was expecting that I would use it for years. There is no way I will be able to keep this sofa for that long. The pills make it look dirty. I bought a fabric pill shaver and have been using it, with mediocre results. The sagging speaks to a structural issue, and shows that the item is poorly manufactured.
This was an investment for me and I have emailed the company to see if there's anything they can do for me but have not heard back yet. I would not recommend. "

Received a message that morning that they forgot to load it on the truck but it’ll be delivered the week of the 1st. Ok that’ll do. I have a baby shower here on January 6th so it’ll be here in time for that.
Nobody ever called to set up a date and time so *I* called them today and, welp, they are now scheduling for the week of the 8th. After an hour of them telling me there’s nothing they can do and me saying that they will have my table and chairs and bench here by Friday because they screwed up twice and they need to fix it because I have a baby shower here on Saturday. I fought tooth and nail and it is now scheduled for Friday morning so my guests will have a place to sit. Maybe. We’ll see.
Tried to ”chat” with Castlery to tell them about my problem and nothing. Cricket cricket cricket.

"We’ve had the Jonathan L shaped couch for about 5 months and since the first month the fabric pilled like crazy. I bought a pill eraser and have to use it frequently to keep it looking fresh. We’re torn because we love the shape, height and comfort of the couch, but be warned the fabric is absolutely NOT high traffic. This far in, the couch pills and sheds all the time, and it’s not just our pup coming on a few times each day. It’s disappointing for the $$$ we paid — I’ve had 2nd hand CB2 couches that had tougher and more comfortable fabric that could withstand guests and pets and this is a far cry from that.
I will say the shipping was smooth, arrived ahead of time and the delivery guys were great.
I wish they sold a cover for even just the seats."

"Ordered a sectional sofa. Received a broken/used sofa. Shipment guy also agreed this is broken. After checking details, I saw some manually attached tapes on screws packages. Then, I realized this is a returned product. After contacting Castlery,they requested detail evidence, pictures etc. I needed to open up all of the boxes to take pictures. Although they agreed to replace, for this in-stock sofa, also in the in-state a few hours drive distance from their warehouse, they insisted a month replacement lead-time. I don’t understand…"

"I purchased the Maui Loveseat, Lounge Chairs & Table set for my patio. It came in about three weeks and was well packaged. Assembly was a breeze, but one of the chair legs was missing the two grommets needed to bolt it onto the chair base. Castlery Customer Service took care of it and is sending me a replacement leg.
Overall I'd say the quality of this furniture is quite good, but probably not as solid as outdoor furniture I have purchased from other high-end retainers in the past. But given the lower price of this furniture I think that it is a good deal. The furniture covers that are available with these pieces are quite light-weight, btw, so I ordered something more robust online to use instead."
"I ordered this couch in the the antique gold and I just love the color, it errs on chartreuse. The velvet fabric feels so soft and overall the couch is extremely comfortable. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. Ordering furniture online can be scary because you never know what exactly you’re going to get but I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of this couch! Highly recommend!
