"Experience with Castlery is close to perfect. They have such a good quality products which requires minimum effort for assembly. Purchased dining table, and I could fix it by myself within an hour and the beautiful thing is chairs didn't require any assembly.
Drawback is shipping delay. Had to wait 6 months to get the product shipped. And during shipment, one chair broke and now I have to wait 3 more months for replacement."

EXCEPT that their third party delivery company has changed to only deliver to my area (i.e., Manhattan) on Wed-Fri, which is days I am not home from work. "I love my new Seb table and chairs and the Seb bench for extra seating. The quality is great and if his exactly as pictured. The table was delivered first and the chairs about two months after my order was placed which was earlier than both were expected. My only complaint would be the white glove treatment which was expensive and unnecessary. I paid $150 for them to take the chairs out of the boxes. There was literally nothing to put together. And the table took them 5 minutes. I’m very disappointed that I wasted that money but very happy with my purchase."
