I used to order ink all the time from these guys for my cannon and then brother inkjet printer. The the manfactures added chips to make it difficult to refill. This place used to sell new generic brother cartridges for $6 (and $2 each for the cannon - before the chip) - these were new not refills.

Then epson won a law suit against generic cartridge makers and the customer was left with new or used-refilled. The recycled units worked ok (not as good as new) but the price keeps going up. So I'm getting ready to buy the geunine epson multi pack from target.

Also, I ordered other itmes like blank CDs or DVD's? But the price was higher than other vendors. In short, this place used to excel at selling new generic cartridges and rock bottom prices and ususally ships same day as the order. With the generic market shut down (not something they can control) and lack of remanfactured / refilled cartridges I might as well but at a regular store.

This is the second time that I have ordered a small 3-ft. firewire cable from them for $4 and $4 shipping. The last time, they took it upon themselves to add confirmation to the USPS shipment. According to the USPS regs, if you mail an envelope small enough (as they did)(if it passes through a cardboard template USPS has), you must pay an additional $3-4 (can't remember exactly) for the confirmation. I supplied these people with this information, but they insisted the extra $3-4 I had to pay at the post office to pick up my cable was my problem. This time I ordered the same cable again, forgetting these were the ones I dealt with before, and 2 days later (today--the order hadn't even been processed yet!!) they wrote me to tell me there would be an extra shipping charge again (so at least they are aware of it now). I told them I had already paid $4 to ship a $4 cable (it actually costs $0.87-USPS) and if they wanted to add confirmation, that was their cost. They cancelled my order. So they were not satisfied charging 459% extra for shipping, they needed to have 919% extra."

"catalog800 had a very low price on some good mobile racks. I had to ask a clarification question about the product via email, and they got back to me right away. I ordered the product at about 2pm on a Friday, it shipped on Tuesday, and arrived on Wednesday (even though I used the lowest priced shipping option). Good experience, no problems. The only possible criticism I have is that I expect a very quick turnaround (less than 1 day) on processing orders, and it took them 2.
