"Had to pay 16 shipping. Very fraudulent"
"It took over two months to get a pair of sneakers when it said a week to arrive, when I purchased them. Then they were much, much too small for the size marked on the shoes. Then customer service was a complete nightmare to return them. Then they fraudulently charge me another whole charge for the sneakers which I do not have. Now it looks like my "ships free" item actually cost 8.95 to ship. SOO many poor reviews online about this nightmare of a company. I will never, ever buy another thing from Catalog Favorites! Shame, too, because much of the stuff looks cute and I'm a big online shopper. Hope it was worth it to rip me off for 35$, morons."
"I saw some items with 60% reduction, had amassed QUITE a haul and was literally at the end of my last list of items when I saw the political slant that was insinuated into a CLOTHING SITE?! I didn't vote for every president who sat in the OVAL, but once they were sworn in, my parents raised me to believe AMERICAN bloodshed spilled over the decades afforded them my allegiance. Your company has created an "us vs them" within your items which is appalling and shouldn't be acceptable to AMERICAN buyers. Stay in your CLOTHING/chatzke lane and allow my sovereign nation to decide whether countries who killed my relatives in battle should CHUCKLE at your insolence to US. "
"I ordered shoes. Nowhere on the site or when placing order did this place indicate that these shoes would be on backorder. It wasnt until the order went through that they said shipment was 4 months after when I wanted them. So I called them and cancelled order. The money was already being drafted from my checking account. They said the charge would not be taken since I cancelled order. WRONG WRONG!! They took my money and keep saying the same f*&cking thing when I call. So I had to call my bank to get charges reversed. What a pain to deal with this company. And by the way, SAGEFINDS is also owned same company. Potpourri Group owns both companies. "

"I was going to order several items until I saw the Trump bashing page. Thru the catalog away and requested to be taken off the mailing list."
"I purchased 3 items and was recommended to sign up for the VIP Membership in which I would get free shipping ($11.99) + 10% back on my purchase. Then I could cancel within 30 days and not be charged the monthly fee. I signed up and input my order number, etc. Turns out you have to wait to get your order, send a copy of the receipt (even though you had to pay for it before they would send it), UPS barcode from the item and a completed form by mail, and they would then issue a rebate in 3-4 weeks. Really in this day of online ordering and immediate pay and you can't do the same online for the "VIP" Membership. They figure the majority of people will never follow up on the hassles to get the rebate so it's really just a scam. I then called to cancel my membership and was told I have to wait at least 24 hours - funny, they could find my order, my name, my address, but not may enrollment in the "VIP" Membership Program. Will be calling back tomorrow at 7:48 pm promptly and if they bill my credit card for the VIP Membership - all I can say, is Game On! This will be my first and last order with Catalog Favorites. "
