Great quality, poor customer serv!!!! Returned everything!!!!

"I ordered a Halloween cardigan in 2 sizes to make sure I would have one that fit to wear to Disney's Halloween party and to wear on Halloween. I paid for 2nd day air shipping and when the package arrived there was only one sweater, as the other size all of a sudden was on back order with no in stock date. The one that arrived was too large so I called to see what other sizes were available. They canceled the back order sweater and said they would ship the smaller size over night for me for free. Great right! Nope! I get an email telling me my newly ordered sweater would arrive November 3rd. What? I was told it would be here on October 29th. I called again and it turned out that the 9:00pm outsourced customer service I spoke with lied about overnighting it and sent it standard. I know he lied because he repeated to me free overnight shipping twice. So their daytime customer service said that she wished I would have called earlier in the day because they could have overnighted another sweater and it would have arrived by 8pm maybe on the 30th or definitely by the 31st. My original ordered arrived on the 24th, went to Disney on 28th, Halloween is the 31st. There solution was to order and pay another $50 for a 4th sweater and hopefully get that one on time. I asked for my original $30 two day air shipping back, but she said management might give it back, but doubtfully since she put I requested it back for the size not fitting. Horrible experience, dont call after 8:30pm, and you'll need to order a month ahead of time to get it for a special occasion. Customer service transfers to outsource around 9pm and you will be on hold for 30 min to an hour. Save yourself the time and aggravation and order from somewhere else."

"Found a few funny tee shirts that I was going to purchase. Then started noticing all the "hate Trump " stuff they sell. Won't buy from them, ever!"

False advertising and photo, for a $79.00 tunic top.

"I ordered a tunic top "Slinky Safari Top". The photo shows the top with a rounded neckline and loose long sleeves. The top I received has fitted sleeves to the elbow, and has a "V" neckline. I notified Catalog Favorites of the incorrect top, and I received this response: "If you want to keep the top, we can reimburse you $5.00 for partial shipping, otherwise you will need to return it for a refund". No apology for sending a top that didn't match the description of the top I ordered. I had a 15% discount which brought the cost of the top down to $67.96. There was a $12.99 shipping charge, bringing the total cost of the top to $80.95. That is much more than I normally pay for a simple clothing item, but the picture sold me, as it was just what I had been looking for. Rather than going through the hassle of returning the top, I am keeping it. As far as reimbursing me $5.00 for partial shipping, keep your $5.00, and don't ever send me another of your phony catalogs. Also, teach your employees some positive customer service skills.

Very slow delivery

"After reading some of the other reviews on this site, I see that I'm not the only one complaining about slow delivery. I paid the standard $8.49 for shipping and handling. I placed my order online on April 29 and it didn't go out in the mail until May 5 with FedEx. So 16 days after my order was placed, I finally received it in my mailbox and not thru FedEx delivery. What is that all about. This is the strangest mail order experience I have ever had. I'm not going to bother calling anyone because it doesn't sound like that would be a good experience either.

Fair warning -- if you want something in a hurry, get it somewhere other than this company. I will not be buying from them again.

NOT IMPRESSED

"The first “leather” handbag I ordered for my mom had a HUGE hole in it. They made me pay for shipping to return the damn thing. Granted they refunded that. Then the sent 2 new bags and made me pay again for shipping TO return the handbag for their damn mistake. oh... telling me my refund for the first Handbag would be in 5 days... Never saw the refund, another fricking charge for a second handbag. Instead of crediting my credit card, they sent the refund to the person who I bought the bag for as a birthday present. Customer service is horrible. I will NEVER waste my time ordering from this stupid company again. I will NEVER recommend them!!! "

Fake Information

"If you order an item from them that has to be gifted in a timely fashion, forget this company. I have indeed received things from them that I have liked, but was never in a hurry to get them, since they were for me. When ordering tee shirts as a birthday gift for someone, I made sure to order only items that were "currently in stock," as indicated on their website. But that was a lie. When checking the order, the items were "back ordered," so I phoned to find out how long it would take to receive my order. The answer was 5-6 weeks!! Birthday gifts can't wait that long!! When I asked about the fact that these were supposedly "in stock," the girl from Favorites suggested that I call and speak to someone when ordering, and that way, I might get correct information!! When I cancelled my order, I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation, and the company will/would not confirm.
I like some of the things they advertise, but unless the items are for me alone, and I don't care if it takes 3 months to receive them, I'll no longer order from this company. I wouldn't trust anything they told me, so they cannot be used to purchase items that are needed in a timed fashion.

Thought I was ordering from Serengeti

"Thought I was ordering from Serengeti catalog. Placed the order and I find Catalog Favorites hiding behind the transaction. Paid an extra $4.00 for faster shipping, but it turns out that was just for getting it out of the warehouse quicker. Now I will not be getting my order for yet another week. I will never order from these cheats again! Stay away from Serengeti clothing as it is now really Catalog Favorites.

this company blows

"Ordered bracelet on Nov 27 for christmas gift. Called and told it had been put on hold. Don't know why. They put order in on Dec 19. Called again and was told did not ship until Jan 2. Could not tell me why the delay. The did reimburse the shipping cost. $8.50. Small bracelet could have been shipped UPS for less than that and guaranteed receive in a couple of days. Was supposed to arrive on 1/13. Called on Monday 1/15. still not here. Give shipping info. Tracked through Fedex Smartpost. It was coming from Massachusetts. It went to PA. I live in Ohio. It was sent from PA to Texas?????? So now I am supposed to get it my 19th almost 2 full months since original order. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wished I would have read reviews before ordering."

Cheap products

"Liberal junk products. 5 products in one magazine against our President. There was a childs toy elephant by Gund that instead of buying from them, I searched online & found it for more money from JCPenney & I ordered it from them instead. I will NOT buy from a products dealer that is SO biased & lets everybody know. These places NEED to be UNBIASED! "

Very disappointed

"I placed a order at the start of Dec. I was waiting and waiting, even told my kids their present did not come yet. I figured it was because of Christmas, and back order. I called day after Christmas, was told they do not honor my prepaid credit card. I do not use my regular credit cards on line. It was compromised, do only use pre payed.
I never received a email or any thing to let me know. I will never order from this company.

Online service slow and non-communicative

"First online purchase never went through. The website just seemed to die. Second online purchase placed on Dec 5 was placed on backorder on Dec 19, with no notification to me. It takes 48 hours for customer service to respond to a cancellation "request.""
