"There is a convoluted series of tasks you are expected to perform before you can do the download. I could not ever get to the place I needed to be in order to enter my authorization code number. I tried to get help. I called their 800 number..... probably 30-40 times... at all hours of the day or night ... and got nothing but a busy signal... apparently they just take the phone off the hook. I am going to advise CitiBank to credit my account for the purchase since what they gave me was not delivered, and they seem uninterested in addressing installation issues.

My advice? Only do business with Microsoft"

"I had a small issue after installing Office and scheduled a call with customer service. Bryan called right on time and was absolutely wonderful. Prior to the call he had emailed me some additional information that made resolving my issue very fast and easy. Then, he followed up with another email to make sure all was well. Bryan was very thorough, efficient and professional. The who fix-it process took about 10 minutes of my time.
