"They advertise on their web site that they have a phone in stock. Then after the order is placed, they wait a couple of days and cancel it. I then called in and they bait and switched me to a lesser phone (at the same price), they said it was a BRAND NEW phone. When it arrived it was clearly a refurbished unit that came in a box that clearly stated it was refurbished and tested. So, they expected me to pay for a new unit and get a refurbished one. I called them, and they stated it was new. I told them it wasn't. The phone was also scratched and clearly looked used. They did issue me a return slip, but it had to be returned within 24 hours. Stay away from these guys.
Additional Note - They have contacted Reseller Ratings and said my review was fraudulent because I was not a customer. Reseller Ratings contacted me to supply the documentation to prove that I was. Once that was supplied, they reinstated my review. They have also removed my account from their customer database. I guess they counteract the negative reviews by challenging them.
Also, I asked if they were affiliated with electronicsforce.com. They said they were not, but they are. I called electronicsforce.com, and left a message. When the call was returned it was returned by cell2get.com. "
