They offered me a fantastic price on a phone that I can't find in the market today (Kyocera duraforcepro 2) which is a phone I need for my business as a constructor. Have received my phone in perfect condition and worked as soon as I put in my sim card in it. Managed to also get into a pool etc...
Overall they have also been extremely quick with my order, making shipping prior for what I selected on my order, maybe because they had it in hand or the post office just felt generous. Glad to be making business with electronics force, will be buying again for sure!"

He went through all my questions and concerns respectfully, and I left the call extremely happy! That is to say, the customer service is great, the staff is attentive, and although I did not catch the manager's name, he was very assisting in breaking down the fine lines of how today's network for phones work and made it simple, even tho it might sound confusing for others, but these days you just can't have anything but a touch screen smartphone. "I did once buy from this company, many years ago, and things went fine….things have really gone south since then. I ordered two phones from this company, both allegedly new. The first one was used, hacked, had scratches all over it, even on the screen, and the firmware was so badly corrupted that the phone couldn’t even be used at all. I returned it and got a refund, but no apology for the original deception. The second one, which I had ordered before receiving the first one, was newer, but had signs of use and was not in an original, factory-sealed box as promised. This second phone took over 3 weeks to arrive, after I paid for expedited shipping. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called and asked them to cancel the order, which they said they would do, but never did. The phone was delivered then, but to my billing address, not my specified shipping address. Now they are refusing to give me a return label, and were very rude last time I spoke to them on the phone, literally telling me to go f**k myself. I would never give this company my business again."
