The item I ordered wasn't available, so instead of letting me know and asking how I'd like to proceed, they sent an older cheaper model that the specific one I paid for. I immediately requested a refund and a return shipping label. They took several days to get back to me, then said it was close enough. I replied it wasn't what I specifically ordered and paid for. No response from them, just completely ignored. "

"I should have seeked out reviews on online companies. True the phone number on BBB is seemingly incorrect as well as the fax number that they give out as their number. I purchased a Planatronic PLT E50 since it is the most comfortable head set I can find. This one was supposed to be new and was more expensive than the new one's I had previously purchased. It has a refurbished sticker. I can not contact anyone either at their company. I ended up talking to my Bank to get my money back. Once I get it back I will happily re-send them their device that does not work at all like my other (i still have my original) It does not connect or perform properly to any of my devices. And it's weird that this is the 2nd time i've purchased from a site such as this and week(s) later my credit card starts getting used by someone else..."

They came in a bag (no box), there were cuts and scrapes on them, and they don't hold a charge past 2 hours (should be 12 new). Impatiently awaiting a reply from them but not holding my breath due to other reviews. I'll never order from a company I'm not familiar with again without researching their reviews first."

"I purchased a pair of LG 730 headsets from Cellxpo August 27th 2018 and I got them August 30th. First of all the site says new and that a wall charger will come with product as well. I got my headset in a bag, so that indicated not new. No packaging, just in a bag. From the feel of the bag without me opening it, I can feel that They Are Not what I ordered because I am familiar the LG 730 that I already have . There was no wall charger, I didn’t feel that either. I have sent 3 emails to them and I haven’t gotten a reply yet. I’m trying to send the merchandise back without opening it because if I open it according to their return policy they will refund if package is new an unopened. But they will not refund without an RMA number. Remember my order came in just a bag. I even don’t feel an invoice in it. I have been trying to reach them since I got them and it’s September 1 and I still haven’t heard from them. I should be able to just return merchandise without opening the bag, that I know I can do but where do I get the return slip if they don’t respond to my email. I’m dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. After all these bad reviews that I’m reading now you’d think they would do better and right but I guess not."
"DO NOT buy from this "company" unless you just want to throw your money away. I paid $69.95 for a new JBL Flip 3 Wireless Portable speaker. First of all, they just dropped a speaker in a flat rate envelope - no box, no instructions, and it was definitely NOT new. They did have the grace to include a charger cord, but when I tried to plug it in to charge the speaker, the cord would not plug in. That's when I noticed that the plug-in area on the speaker was damaged! Nothing could be plugged into it so the used, defective speaker they sent me was completely useless! When I tried contacting them, it took them 2 1/2 weeks to get back to me. When they did, they refused to refund my money, only saying they could exchange it for another similar item once I'd paid to ship it back to them! Don't waste your time with these crooks!

"I ordered the Motorola Silver Bluetooth & when the package can in I opened it & found a box with a loose black ear charger, a white wall charger & no extra different size gels. when i sent them an email the first time through their website i rec'd no reply. I sent a second email & was replied back saying they only sell what's in the box. I copied their description & highlighted the section about the gels & was replied that it was a description & not what was in the box.
I really, really wish I'd looked at the reviews for this company. I would've found another company that is customer friendly & willing to make amends to get and keep customers instead of driving them away!!!"
"I bought two wireless speakers and only received one. When I tried calling the number it was a mother at home with a bunch of kids in the background. She had gotten this call many times before you could tell I asked her and when I email them I got no emails back. So I filed a dispute with my bank to try to get half my money back. Still in progress with the dispute! Do not ever buy anything from them. Plus the one I got was the wrong color"
