I did not get a manual that should have been accordingly to the list in the box. I left them a voice msg but surprisingly no one responded to it. Of course i did download a pdf version of the manual.Shipping was a bit slow because i wanted to ship it a address thats not the same on my credit card. "I must say that I was extremely cautious of ordering from this website as I had never heard of them before, and 2 I've never really ordered from a third-party reseller. I've researched a couple different sites (amazonwireless.com, wirefly, and others), and saw how they had restrictive contracts with the reseller itself, didn't offer the promotional plans or same type of insurance, and some wouldn't even let you INCREASE your plan while you were in your 4-6 mo contract with them... CELLHUB on the other hand seemed too good to be true. Being the daredevil that I am, I ordered only 1 of the three phones I needed to somewhat try them out.. end result: I AM EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE RESELLER!!! My phone came in 2 days, already activated (now they did give me an area code i'm not familiar with but there was no issue in changing it). I placed my order for the additional phones the same day! They offered the promotional (best) plan, as it is on TMOBILE's website, and even the same insurance... Now the hold times to reach CELLHUB customer service can be somewhat long, BUT, for what you're paying and what you're getting, its very well worth it! The people I spoke with were very polite and helpful, I received FEDEX tracking emails. I definitely see myself ordering from them upon renewal! "
