"I was getting tired of my old phone and decided it was time for an upgrade. After searching around a bit and reading some reviews I decided on the HTC HD7. Started looking for a decent price and found Cellhub.com.
They had the phone for much less than anyone else. Just to be safe, I decided to give them a call and make sure there wasn't any "fine print" that I might be missing. Got through to a rep pretty quickly and I was told that the price was real, all I needed to do was not cancel/change my number/etc for 121 days. I've had this number for years and would be renewing my contract anyway so that was no problem.
Went back to their website and ordered the phone that afternoon. Placing the order was relatively simple and I didn't have any issues with that.
Since I placed my order after their shipping deadline for the day, I figured I would have to wait through the weekend to find out how it went, but I received an e-mail later that night with tracking information.
The phone arrived on time (I used the standard free shipping method) and worked great for the two weeks. Then it started freezing and I would have to remove the battery to get it working again. I knew that this was an issue with this phone from some of the reviews I had read so I gave them a call again to see what my options were.
Got through to a rep right away this time and explained my problem. Turns out I was a few days passed the end of my trial period but he was able to make an exception and arranged an exchange regardless. After picking my exchange option, I got another e-mail with tracking information for my replacement a few hours later. Again I went with the free shipping and it came right on time a few days later. Sent the old phone back and haven't had any problems since.
Overall I must say that this was one of the easiest online shopping experiences I've had. The price was the best I could find, ordering was easy, I was never on hold for more than a few minutes, and even when I had to exchange the phone I had no issues dealing with them at all. I will definitely remember this website when my wife's line is due for an upgrade next year."
"With the speed of cellhub.com it can't take too long for the business to shut down. These people do everything possible to screw the customer. Making a customer completely unsatisfied is their prime goal. And for that they can go to any extent.
The most lazy set of people I have ever met. Try calling their call center before you place your order, you will see how they pickup the phone and answer you.
After sales service doesn't exists in the books for these people. Because they even don't have courtesy to talk to you nicely even when you call them to place an order. Once you have placed an order with them and you realize what you have done and you want to cancel your order... there is no way you can get away without paying them some money even if you call them before the item has shipped... they can generate a shipping label while talking to you and tell you they have shipped it and now you will have to pay restocking fee...
While giving them star rating I would give them negative 5 stars (if even possible)... these people are best at what they do ... detract customer!!!!!! so do them and yourself favor :-)"
"If you are a student or have no credit, don't buy from this company. I'm a student, I have no credit right now. When they run the credit check, of course, it will not pass. Then they just say "We can't do anything about it, cancel your order". No any help at all.

"BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought G2x for $500+. Died after 1 month. Because phone was not returned in 14 days (didn't die until 1 mo.), they would not issue a refund and I had to go through the warranty, sending back the phone to TMobile, getting a refurbished replacement phone. So now I am stuck with a $500+ refurbished phone that I fear could die on me at any time. Will never buy another phone through cellhub.com. There should be a law against such selling practices."

"This is company is very shifty. Do not order from them. They made in an error and issued me a line that I never used. They reported that it was attached to a blackberry that I never had and they refused to correct the error. T-Mobile came to my rescue after cell hub refused to correct it after several heated phone calls. Now they are trying to charge me $300, four months after the matter was resolved. Save yourself some anquish and choose a more reputable company to do business with!!!!!"
"They were great. Love the phone, love the price, and it was the cheapest around. I know, I checked. A few weeks later it was even cheaper though, but TMobile kept dropping the price, so I don't blame them. I ordered insurance on my phone and it came up as warranty instead, and I didn't understand the relevence of the change till I dropped my phone in the toilet. They would do nothing to adjust the insurance. Fortunately, TMobile took care of me on that one bec. it was a $500.00 phone that I got for $38.00 from Cellhub.

"Dont believe all these reviews. After receiving a dead, supposedly *new* phone in the mail, I had to do what they call an Advance Exchange to get a new phone. Basically had to pay full retail, and they'll "reimburse" me after I send the defective one back. On top of that, they are making ME pay for return shipping, on a phone that was defective. No answer to my "live chat" emails today. T Mobile suggested I cancel with them and do to a TMobile store. Be wary of this company."

"I must admit at first I wans't sure about ordering since I had never heard of cellhub but after doing some research and numerous calls to the company I gave it a shot. I must say that even though it was hard to get through sometimes I had a great experience. The customer service reps were very helpful and patient with me since I came across a couple of problems with my bank. They helped me through it and the director Vinny took the time to personaly call me and let me know my order was shipped.
