"Picked up my G2x at Cellhub because they had the most reasonable price for it. Had I known I'd have the terrible experience with the phone and then the complete and utter disrespect that both the customer service agent and his supervisor provided me. Here's the story, the First G2x they sent me was defective with random reboots and freezing. I called Cellhub and the lady I talked to was rude and really didn't assist me. I was out a phone and this new one was going to be my only phone, I asked for cross-shipping to minimize down time and was out-rightly refused,the rep told me that I would probably keep both phones. I really did not like to be accused of possible stealing! I was put on hold for several minutes during the call without my permission, and it took 45 minutes to talk to a customer service representative. I relented and settled with having to ship my phone back and have them send another one back to me...a process which took a week. I get the new phone and same problems. Hoping for some leniency with their ridiculous policy, and if they could overnight a new one and now do a cross-ship. They again refused and when I pleaded telling them this was my only connection to the outside world they seemed to shrug and not care. They offered another 2-day ship back and another 2-day ship back to me for the SECOND defective phone from them. This atrocity angered me so I'm cancelling the entire service with this clown of an operation. They then have the audacity to try to charge me a $35 restocking fee. After pleading with the fact that both phones saw a maximum of 2 hours of use before craping out had them wave it. Only to be told that not only will they NOT be paying for shipping back to me, but that I would have to pay THEM $10 for the privlage of mailing it back, they refered to this as a "mailing fee". Not only that, but I would have to PAY to ship the 2ND DEFECTIVE item back. I would stay far away from cellhub.com and stick with reputable outlets like Amazon or Newegg. I've shopped at both locations and they offer cross-shipping (overnight none the less!) for defective items. I regret not spending a bit more for the phone and purchasing it from a reputable site like NewEgg or Amazon. In fact I'm going to purchase an HTC Sensation next month from a Local and reputable T-Mobile dealer, as I may have to pay a bit more, but customer service is where it counts and cellhub has a complete and utter disregard for their customer once they purchase the phone."
