"It's been 4 months now and no sign of the camera attachment (they said was "in stock") for the cell phone/camera combo I ordered in November! Lots of promises, but still no camera nor credit to my card. MANY emails back and forth. They want me to call, so I call. They STILL don't fix the problem! They've got SERIOUS ISSUES...BEWARE!"
"I Placed and order with them on May 12, 2003.
Cellpoint inmediately (same day) sent me an invalid FedEx tracking number.
Contacted them the next day and repeatedly with the same problem, asking them if there was a problem with my order. They wrote me that they were going to start a trace with FedEx and get me a replacement(May 26, 2003. I waited and they did not.
On June 5, 2003 I emailed them to cancel the order and they responded once again that they were going to START a FedEx trace on the order. They were just writing the same thing that they wrote to me on On May 26, 2003.
Had to communicate again insisting on the cancellation of my order by telling them that I was to contact my credit card if needed.
I was finally able to get my money back on June 9, 2003. Three days short of a month!
Bad experience. I can't trust or recommend them. Will not buy again from them."
