"Excellent software at very low prices. Fast shipping with First class mail. Their only problem is their high S&H charges and the mandatory insurance for the order. Their padded envelope with the software included weighted only 13 ounces and I paid a total of $9.42 for the S&H and insurance (First class mail).
They could be great if they just lower their high shipping rates."

"I do most of my shopping online and I had all sorts of mixed transactions through the years. One certain thing that I could say about softwarediner.com is that this company is extremely reliable and the most honest people I've deal with so far!
The software is excellent and they certainly have some of the lowest prices around. The software does not come with the boxes or the manuals but these are really unnecessary and always end up in my waste basket anyway. Remember that all the information that you could need including manuals are usually found in the product's websites.
They have the best customer service that you could find. Because of their incredible low price I ordered lots of software from them and had a slight problem with one of the cds. Their customer services responded to me very fast. They are very nice people to deal with and thanks to them the problem was solved fast and satisfactorily!
In short, very honest, professional, nice, lowest prices online, super fast and safe shipping with US Priority Mail, and finally, great custumer services! What else to ask for, I will certainly continue to buy from them!

"Awful experience. First, I had activated my Macy's card at the beginning of the year the same day I'd received it.
Last week I had to send a gift to someone really special and decided to use Macy's services because they advertise the options of gift wrapping and Express Overnight. I really needed that gift to get there in time. When I tried to place the order, their online service kept rejecting my Macy's card and prompting me to use another card. Finally I called their customer services and after about half an hour of arguing with them it was their "error" and my card was not activated the first time I'd called them! Well, I finally placed my order and after paying $$$ for the gift/services, my important Gift did not arrive at all, and, it is still untraceable today... I complained to them and they mentioned that it was just an "error" and to wait from 7-10 days for my gift's delivery . . . They didn't even send my gift using priority mail!
Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Cannot be trusted at all. Not recommended!
Update: After contacting their customer services once more they disregarded and ignored my concerns about the possibily of a third error of not gift-wrapping my package and sending the item price in an invoice to the gift recipient. They just casually apologized and stated that I will have to wait up to two billing cycles (2 months) for the shipping credit adjustment to be applied to my account. Also stated that my recipient needed to allow up to 20 days to receive the gift package.
Macy's has the worse customer service that I had ever experienced and their services were extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
Update: I contacted another customer service representative with the same results. No one answered the important questions that I asked. I told them to cancel the order immediately due to the facts that Macy's mislead me as a customer into services that they could not provide to me by advertising their Express Overnight service at their website with no restriction warnings. I explained that the only reason I agreed to the purchase of the gift item was with the Express Overnight service and not without it.
No one from Macy's contacted me at all with the information that the Express Overnight service was unavailable for my gift, or asked me if I wanted to use another shipping options either. They just took my money and did as they pleased.
They refused to cancel the order with the excuse that it was already shipped.
I've never dealt with people like this before. Extremely unprofessional, unethical business practices and no concern at all for their customers. Winner of the Worst Place To Buy From.

"Great website with a large variety products at very reasonable to low prices. They have a convenient tool to calculate shipping charges as you go. I just wish they could add specific shipping carriers as a costumer's choice. You can only choose between the standard and express services but they choose their delivery carrier. Anyway, I was really lucky that they used UPS for my order! A great place to buy."
"On 3-18-2005 I ordered from them 3 pcToys fans, 80mm Blue 3000rpm with leds, only because those specific 3000rpm are very hard to find and I found them advertised at their online store while doing a google search. Total amount for the order: $29.02
I received two separate packages from them on two different days of the week and one of them included 2 Vastech fans, 80mm 2500rpm with leds and the package received the next day contained 1Galaxe fan 2500rpm with leds, not the fans I’d ordered from them.
I emailed their customer services with the problem. On 3-25-2005 I received an email asking me if there was another fan on their website that they could send me to replace what I’d originally ordered, or if not, that they will simply refund the amount charged for the 3 fans on my order.
I wrote back (3-27-05) asking for a refund for the fans, I also asked them to make a shipping adjustment for the shipping charges ($10.82) because I also ordered a small Y cable which worked fine and I was to keep, it weighted about 1 or 2 oz. Finally I asked them to send me a postpaid envelope in order to send their fans back because I should not have to pay for their mistake, they had sent me items that I did not order. The fair thing to do from someone who made a “mistake” and wasted a costumer’s time.
On 3/31/2005 at different times I received 2 emails from them with 2 invoices of the same order that I previously placed and I worried that they could be recharging me two times more for my previous order and I wrote back to them asking them about these and asking them why they did not sent me any response from my previous email to them. I asked them to please update me on the details of their intentions to solve my problem. No response from them. I waited and gave them 1 week to respond to my emails and then on 4-7-05 I emailed them once more trying to finally get a response from them. They just ignored me, no response at all.
As far as I know, they haven’t charge my credit card yet, but if actually they do charge me and pretend that I pay for something that I did not order, it will be fraud and I must act accordingly upon it.
Extremely disturbing transaction. Are they upset with me for asking them to do the right thing, or because I'd noticed that the 2 different types of fans that they sent me where not the ones that I ordered. Will never buy from them again. (I'll update this review if they actually charge me for these items that they sent me and I did not order.)
Update: They saw the review I left for them at another site and wrote to me apologizing and explained their mistakes and voided my credit card charges. A simple response from them at the appropriate time could have avoided a lot of things."
