"I ordered a cell phone cover for my son's phone, and when we got it, it was broken. I contacted the company, via their website, which is the only way to contact them because they do not provide a phone number. I received a response via email saying that they received my inquiry and that somebody would be getting back with me shortly, but nobody got back to me. It makes me want to go on every website I can find so I can give them a bad rating. They ask for the invoice number, but the only piece of paper included in the shipment does not include a invoice number. It includes a SKU number, and a product number, and that's it. Still, I did include both of those numbers when I contacted the company"
"I'm a savvy web user and work for a tech company. I feel like I need to say that before I explain what happened, so you don't think I'm just an idiot who missed something.
I went to purchase an item for $12 on my phone and selected Paypal just to be safe. I went through all the order confirmation pages, which had $12. Then, the Paypal email pops up and states that I had paid $23 after the invisible shipping and taxes had been added on. (I did this again on my phone today as a test and the page right before payment submission doesn't have these fees; it wasn't an error on my end.)
With this instant red flag, I immediately tried to cancel. There is no way to do so on their site except contacting their live chat support, which "conveniently" wasn't available because it was the weekend. I waited a couple minutes for the confirmation email since those usually have refund information, but no such confirmation email ever arrived. Still hasn't. I filled out a contact form--the only way to reach them--14 minutes after my order to request an immediate cancellation and refund. I didn't hear anything for 3 days, until today, when they said the order had already shipped and I couldn't get a refund. They offered me a $3 credit, which is honestly an insult after their fraudulent behaviour.
I only noticed today that they don't even have a Paypal option on their desktop version of the site, so that's a bit concerning. It's clear that their entire business model is to mislead users on the price of their products and then make it impossible for them to cancel. By the time it's shipped, their "policy" says it's too late for a refund. There isn't even a return option.
I have reported them to Paypal and hope that the dispute is resolved in my favour. But regardless of what happens with me, run for the hills. Do not order anything from this site. They are scam artists and don't deserve your money. Don't let them steal from you too!"
"I ordered a case on 01-14-2018 and received the case which was the wrong size. I did not open the package. I requested a return authorization and receive the RMA on 01-24-18. The product was sent back to them on 01/30/18 and received by them on 02-05-18 at 12:51 PM according to the tracking number. It is now 02-23-18 and after multiple requests for a refund, it has not been received. The statement from Jerson is "no return has been received and verified". I sent them a copy them a copy of the tracking number indicating it had been received at their address.
I will warn would be shoppers that you may wind up in my situation: I am out the money, return shipping charges and the product. The only way at this point to receive a refund is to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I have also warned the buyers at school system I work for to avoid doing business with them in the future."
"After placing my order and receiving a confirmation email with order number and detailed info of my order which said it would be mailed in 3-5 business days I waited over a month and still no order arrived. I contacted the company and was told it had been shipped. When I didn't receive my order still I contacted them back and was told my order had been cancelled. I asked by who because I didn't cancel it and I had my confirmation email where I placed my order they told me their system cancelled it and they would straighten it out and message me back. Week wnt by and no one contacted me back and still haven't to this day. "

I never received my order despite the merchant telling me that it will arrive by a certain date which was 15 days later. I had gotten my credit card bill, but still did not receive the package, therefore, I called back. The representative was very nice and said that she would generate a replacement order and that it should arrive within 4-10 business days. I waited almost a full MONTH and again the order did not arrive. I initiated a chat via the internet and again was told that the order was shipped should be arriving within the week. I asked for a tracking number, but was told that it would be e-mailed to me. I never received the e-mail. I again contacted the company and asked for an explanation or I would have to have my credit charges reversed. No explanation was ever provided to me. They did say that they will now cancel my order and not ship my items (despite them previously telling me that it was shipped out??? Does not make sense to me!!!) and refund my credit card. I have yet to see the credit. I will give them a few more days and then will have to contact my credit card provider to start an investigation. Again, I strongly suggest not to order anything from Cellular outfitter. "
