One star because zero not available.
"I ordered a case on 01-14-2018 and received the case which was the wrong size. I did not open the package. I requested a return authorization and receive the RMA on 01-24-18. The product was sent back to them on 01/30/18 and received by them on 02-05-18 at 12:51 PM according to the tracking number. It is now 02-23-18 and after multiple requests for a refund, it has not been received. The statement from Jerson is "no return has been received and verified". I sent them a copy them a copy of the tracking number indicating it had been received at their address. I will warn would be shoppers that you may wind up in my situation: I am out the money, return shipping charges and the product. The only way at this point to receive a refund is to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I have also warned the buyers at school system I work for to avoid doing business with them in the future."
