"Sent wrong item, lied about stock, lied about ship date, lied about return, 3 week headache and still counting.
1) called before placing order to insure item was in stock and would be shipped in 1 or 2 days. Person on phone confirmed.
2) Recieved email with tracking number stating "order shipped" 1-3-06 9:49pm (ordered at 12:00pm).
3) After no information posted by UPS for the tracking number I called 1-9-06. Was told order was shipped and should be there soon. Spoke directly with "warehouse" to be sure information was first hand.
4) After several more days called back. Was told item was shipped under a different tracking number and that the one i had was a mistake. After checking tracking number discovered that package was not scheduled for ship until the day i called.
5) Item arrived. Had been opened by CensusPC and different color cover was put on to match my order. Cover did not fit, was loose and on/off button got stuck.
6) Company continued to deny any wrongdoing when called. Claimed they did not replace cover inspite of the fact that the package said silver, the inserts were silver, the cover did not fit and the cover was white rather than silver. Did not admit to lying about shipping. Did not admit to mistakenly telling me item was in stock over phone.
7) Somebody called back and said they were going to send me a UPS label to return. Sent by regular mail. Did not recieve until 1-23-06. The pick-up charge was NOT paid in the UPS ship.
Conclusion:
This company may have made an honest mistake in the beginning. Rather than owning their part and giving me the information I needed to build my wife's present they told me lie upon lie about availability and shipping. Knowingly sent me an item i did not order and explicitly told them i did not want. Refused to accept responibility and delayed return. Are trying to make me responsible for pick-up charges by UPS. STILL HAVE MY MONEY.
these people are liars and have no respect for there clients. They have wasted may hours of my time over the three weeks they have dragged this out and I still have not been able to return the item they sent me.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
It is a CRAP SHOOT and when it goes bad, they will do anything to get your money. IT IS NOT A DEAL. "

"I cancelled an order with this company and got a cancellation confirmation e-mail from them. They charged my credit card anyway the next day. They say it was a mistakeand that they will issue a credit but they have not yet. It seems that they can charge your credit card instantly, but when it comes to a refund it's always going to be done tomorrow. Don't trust them!

My credit card was eventually credited by this seller. The real problem with this seller seems to be that they charge your credit card when they get an order, and not when the item ships. I don't knowingly buy from sellers who have this policy. In talking with the seller it seems they are willing to make changes to their business practices to make it more customer friendly. If it is important to you to not have your credit card charged until the item actually ships, then check to see if they still have this policy in place before placing an order. "
"A few days ago, I purchased what was advertised as a Dance Dance Revolution pad, however when I recieved the product it is just a cheap piece of knock-off junk. When I contacted the company about why they sent me a different product than what was advertised, they responded by offerng to refund my money if I paid to ship it back to them. I will never purchase from this store again, as I cannot trust that what they advertise is what they are actually selling."

about 20 minutes after original review, received phone call. Cust service rep was very polite, stated that I should have received an out of stock email. Asked him to call back with estimated date of stock, agreed. At end over conversation, asked me to change/remove my review. Agreed to make changes reflecting current status and will keep updating as status changes. Informed reason phone not picked up was that they were not open until 9:30 Pacific. They said they do have a phone answering system and are unsure why it does not pickup

About 30 minutes later, another very polite person called. Item just received in stock today, will get shipped out today. They have upgraded shipping to 2nd day as well. They were very apologetic.

I have received the product as promised on the phone, in the time told. The product is exactly as ordered and works. I feel they have redeemed themselves, including being very apologetic"
