"The product I received was broken. I called our rep and left a message he never called back. I then talked to someone in customer service a couple of days later about exchanging it for a new one and they said that they would talk to the rep. He never called back that day. The next day I was out for an hour and he called during that time. I tried to reach him again and he still hasn't called back. So I have a broken case that is usable. However you do have the best shipping I have ever seen."
