"i placed my order on 15 july 2011, it is now 30 july 2011. the day after i place my order i received a phone call from a sales rep stating that the items i ordered were in stock and would ship soon, and i would receive the order on or around the 18th. i still have not gotten it, and never received a tracking number. i sent the company three emails, i did not get a reply to any of them! i attempted to contact on their "live chat" 2 more time and there were no customer rep available both times. i am hoping i did not get ripped off. very poor customer service! i would not recommend doing business with Central Restaurant Products"
