No monitor (supposed to be shipped 5-7 days)
Have sent 3 email.. last one bounces (email box full) no response to any email.... no phone# listed on web site (should have been my first clue ordering from this company was risky)

Called Credit Card company in an attempt to get back money.

Attorney General Charlie Crist's office is in receipt of your email complaint concerning EMS Computing, Inc. , a/k/a emscomputing.com This office was recently made aware of the apparent deceptive and misleading business practices of EMS Computing, Inc., and as result, on May 30, 2003, a subpoena was issued to the company for certain business records. We have since been in contact with an attorney representing EMS Computing, Inc., and we will be addressing our concerns through him. This office will be focusing its investigation on misleading sales presentations, and the failure of the company to deliver the products that are being ordered on a timely basis, or in the alternative, their failure to timely provide refunds when orders are cancelled. (We are also investigating an affiliated company by the name of Tech Savings, techsavings.com) EMS Computing has until July 7, 2003, to provide the subpoenaed records. In the interim, this office will be continuing to evaluate the situation and may seek legal action if it is deemed appropriate. We will keep you informed as to our progress in this matter.
