"Ordered Monitor..
Site did not provide invoice/order number..
assumed order was "lost"
Credit Card Billed 10/16/2003...
No monitor (supposed to be shipped 5-7 days)
Have sent 3 email.. last one bounces (email box full) no response to any email.... no phone# listed on web site (should have been my first clue ordering from this company was risky)
Called Credit Card company in an attempt to get back money.
Should have check these guys out at resellerratings.com before using them.
