I would give them a ZERO stars, no order filled!!

"I placed an order on 11/24/2020, I immediately got a confirmation order number. I started calling and emailing two weeks later. Luckily, they did not get my card number, they were suppose to call to get the information. I have not received the order, nor got a return phone call. Also, did not get a response to my emails. I too. use to order from this company years ago, with no problem. I think someone should take this website down and close everything up so no one orders from this website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Terrible

"20th Century Plastics used to be a great company. I guess these people now own them. No one will ever answer by phone, or reply to email. Don't waste your time. If you order online, you will get order number and will be charged, but you will never get product. Don't order from them, dispute credit card charge. Does anyone know who has a similar product that is an honorable company>"

BUYER BEWARE!!

"I placed an order for photo covers on 8/10/19. Website said expected delivery was 4-5 business days. 4 more days if out of stock. I received an email immediately confirming my order with number etc. It is now 10/5/19 and no order received! I have called Century multiple times with no answer...ever! Phone goes to voice message every time. I faxed them 3 times...no response. Emailed twice...no response. This company has simply disappeared! I swear there are no humans there! I even wrote a letter to the company and still no response. I wonder if they are even still in business? I used to order from this company years ago with no problems. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order!!"

Horrible Scam

"Whatever you order, you'll never receive it! They take your money but never send your product! Don't try to contact them, they don't ever answer the phone or email! After months of trying to get ahold of them, I finally had to report them to my credit card company. It was a nightmare! "

Terrible customer service

"I ordered photo sheets almost 2 months ago. Since that time, I have left several phone messages and sent several emails. FINALLY, someone answered their phone, and told me that these were not in stock and she didn’t know when they would be. I told her that I will look for them elsewhere, and she hung up on me. "

Big disappointment....

"I have about twenty binders full of photos in their pages. Like many others, I loved their products in the mid-90s. And they were very dependable. I ordered some late last year, and I finally got them but it was WAY after I needed them. I placed an order on March 12, 2019. Still waiting. can't get a person on the phone. Going to get what I need elsewhere. It's a classic example of how to screw up a good business. Too bad."

I don't know how this company stays in business

"I used to order from this company a lot. I loved their products. Then they became a terrible company (see reviews from 2010 and 2011 below) and I stopped ordering from them. A couple of years ago, I got a catalog from them saying they were under new ownership and the previous problems were resolved. I placed a small order, and though it didn't arrive in the time frame promised, it did arrive. I them placed a larger order which never arrived. They did not charge my credit card right away, so I waited. In December they charged my card, but my order never showed. I did get ahold of an actual human on the phone once, and she told me my order would ship by the end of the week. It didn't. As the 60-day deadline for disputing a charge to Visa was approaching, I disputed the charge for non-delivery of promised goods. Visa reversed the charge, and I have never heard from this company again. You are taking a big risk if you order from this company."

Total Scam! Don't Order!

"On January 16 I ordered a pack of photo pages, and when the order didn't arrive in the time frame given, I called and left messages which were never returned. I emailed and still no reply. On the final call I finally spoke to a woman who told me that their Fedex account had been suspended (red flag!) and the order would be shipped on "Friday" and I would receive a notice with a tracking number. The notice never arrived and neither did the order.

When I asked why my calls and email hadn't been answered, the woman replied that "we bought the company out of bankruptcy, and I'm the only one here taking care of things." That's when I looked for reviews and found this site.

I purchased from this company years ago many times with no problems. Their photo pages were high quality, but I'll never order from these scam artists again. Called my credit card company and filed a dispute due to non delivery of product. They gave me a credit right away.

3-months & still haven’t received my product.

"I ordered from them in October 2018. I received a phone call from a customer service person who was actually very nice and informative. She said that due to some warehouse issues it might take a few extra weeks and then I would receive a shipping confirmation. It is now three months later and I have not received my product after being charged for it. I tried to email the customer service woman who called me and the response that was sent back to me said their email does not exist. I emailed the customer service department through their website and have not received any response. Do not order from this company because they are inconsistent and will charge you money without sending you your ordered products."

"I ordered a product on Nov. 11, had an email on Nov. 5 that I would receive it in 7 to 10 business days. Needless to say, I still have not received on Jan. 16, in spite of my card being charged on Dec. 19."

Really Terrible!

"I ordered presents for Christmas in October. I was told that they were 3 weeks out. I asked specifically if I would be able to get the items in time for Christmas. I e-mailed them again the week of December the 10th, after still not receiving shipping confirmation. The reply indicated that they would be shipping at the end of the week or early this week. I e-mail again to check and was informed they would not be shipping prior to the holiday. What a huge runaround. I would have just ordered something else from another company. But now, a week before Christmas I have to scramble to find replacement gifts. Absolutely awful."

Have they gone out of business??

"I sent in an order in July of 2018. It's now mid December and I have not gotten anything but an order confirmation. I have called and e-mailed multiple times, with no response. I'm starting to wonder if they are no longer in business? I've been waiting way too long and will be cancelling my order and reporting them to the BBB.
I don't have an invoice number as I've never received anything, so I'll include my order No.

"I don't usually write reviews, but everyone should be warned to stay away from this company. I wish I had read reviews first. The company was recommended to me by someone who had ordered with them regularly in the past. I placed an online order with Century Photo on Dec. 13, 2011 and received an order confirmation. According to the site, I should have received my items within 7 - 10 days. I was in a bit of a rush, but could wait a couple of weeks. By Dec. 22nd, I had not received any shipping information. I tried calling. One number was disconnected. Another number makes you leave a message - which I did. I decided to also send an email to cover all bases. In my email, I detailed what happened when I tried calling. The following evening, I tried calling (left another message) and sent another email. I did the same on Monday, Dec. 26th. This time I told them I would start looking for the items elsewhere if I didn't hear back from anyone. On Dec. 27th, I left a voicemail to let them know I was cancelling my order and I sent another email also letting them know that I was cancelling my order. I never heard back. On March 19th, I received an email stating that my order was shipping this week. A paid invoice was attached to the email. Sure enough, my credit card was charged. Again, I have called and emailed the company (this time attaching my string of emails from December). I'm pretty sure I'll never hear back from them and I doubt anyone will even see my email! This company should not be in business."
