Salesman had told me higher number and added an even greater amount to bill. Amount was adjusted down in end, after I questioned how it was calculated. Buyer Beware. Shipment is by UPS, who only charges 7.00 dollars for the insurance that Certified Digital charged me 40.00 dollars for. Also be forewarned that order made online will not be shipped until you speak to someone on phone so they have a chance to sell you an extra battery, a memory card and extended warranty. Nothing you can't say no to, but plan on calling them if you don't get their call. Your order won't ship until you do."

"This was the worst on-line ordering experience I've ever had with any vendor. I felt their practices were unscrupulous and unethical, including false advertising, bait-and-switch tactics, overly aggressive sales pitches, and failure to reply to e-mail inquiries.

AMENDED REVIEW: I received a call from Certified Digital today disagreeing with my criticisms. However, I pointed out that I had sent them e-mails twice outlining my specific complaints in detail and stated that I would not go public until I heard from them, but they never responded until my review appeared. If they had contacted me earlier, it might have been possible to work out our disagreements and I wouldn't have been so harsh. The good news is that the camera arrived in perfect condition yesterday and I love it. And after all this aggravation I actually did save $19 over other vendors' prices on my $631 purchase."
