Sales never informed me of the additional lens being out of stock. Waited 8 days for order to arrive on 3-5 day shipping. Did upgrade shipping to overnight. I did have to keep after them for information regarding order. Free shipping....did pay $21 for "insurance on camera". Free promo starter kit was not included as I was to understand, and is to ship later. Liked the price!!!"

"Order of Canon EOS equipment. Good price. Shipping details need to be explained a bit more and the insurance options required. Ordering processes needs to be more streamlined. Once order was confirmed, it was processed quickly, accurately, and delivered prior to expected date.

Refund was due and this process did take a day or two more then I expected.

"I had originally placed an order for a camcorder with another merchant. At the last minute I was notified that my order would be delayed due to high demand. This was troubling because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and the notice arrived two days before the holiday. In a panic, I checked to see if I could find another source in time and ran accross Certified Digital. I had expected that the camera would cost a bit more than the "sale" price I originally went for, but the increase was reasonable under the circumstances and they promised delivery on Christmas Eve. The shipping charge was very reasonable so I decided to take a chance. Boy was I pleasently surprised. The camera arrived as promised with the accessories I ordered and ready to be wrapped.
