"The description of the watch I purchased was for the same brand, different model. Everthing about the watch that was sent was wrong. Certified authorized a return immediately and paid for the return shipping.
I would have given them a five star rating if I had gotten the watch I ordered. I give them credit for the prompt refund."

"Misleading! I thought they were selling Frederique Constant as an authorized dealer. Watch arrived DEAD. Bands were aftermarket generic 2 nylon nato bands and cheap leather nato. They assembled the set to lure customers with free extra straps. Telephone communication was terribly difficult. So, when I inquired about the non-working watch delivery by email, they informed me that since they buy the watches in bulk they can't check individual watch before each one is shipped out. What a lame excuse.
I became increasingly annoyed with their support team, I decided to return the watch. And guess what? Their return policy was very severe and strict , and intimidating, to discourage returns, I have felt.
I am not going to deal with this company ever nor recommending to anyone"
