-I placed an order on August 1st 2012 for a Movado Watch, with what I thought was a reputable website and still havent received my watch on today August 20th! This isnt even the worst part!!! Besides my confirmation email I received on the first day-- I havent received one update as to its arrival date. I have made 4 seperate calls amongst the last 3 weeks and the answer I've received all 4 times is... "our supplier hasnt shipped it yet" and "sometimes there are delays". This is no way to treat your customers when I'm in all honesty not hard to please what-so-ever. I would of been satisfied with an email stating there was a delay or even a phone call! This constant having to call to check on the status of my order is getting extremely old at this point and I couldnt be more frustrated at this point. I actually called today and was told "maybe in another week or so"!!!!! I purchased this watch as a gift and have already had to explain why I didn't have the order I made 3 weeks ago---with NO UPDATES! I dont want any special additions or any money off-- I just want what I paid for! Can someone please HELP!!!

-The rep offered me $26 off a $500 watch after waiting almost a month, also sweetened that marvelous deal by asking me to take down this feedback and give them a "4" rating! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? The rep NEVER said they received the watch but stated that they are getting a shipment of Movado's, BUT THERE NOT SURE IF MINE WAS IN THAT SHIPMENT!! -Please do not lie to make yourself look better- You could of controlled this by being proactive with settling my concerns of just knowing when I would receive the item I paid for. I will continue to update this if you continue to lie!"
