"On Feb 4th I ordered a Ogio. Bag and a part for my dirtbike that cost $3. On the 6th I was told they did not have the bag in stock anymore and to shIp the $3 part it would be $11. So I choose another Ogio. 9800 series bag. A bag arrived on the 11th. But it was the wrong bag. I was giving a return label for ground UPS. I shipped it out on the 13th and it arrived a t chaparral moto on the 23rd ten days later. Before chaparral received the bag I told them I wanted a refund because the bag I was supposed to get wasn't even in stock and I would not receive the bag before I left for work on the 28th. I talk to a rep on the 23rd and I was told that they just received the bag and I would be refunded. On the 27th I still had no refund so I called AGAIN. I was told that they had resent the order even though I wanted a refund, and they had sent it to an old address where I no longer live.( this was not the same address that they sent the first bag). They again, apologized and told me they would refund me and the bag would be rerouted back to chaparral. March 2nd. I was told today that I will not get refunded until they get the bag back even though I did not ask for it. I hope the bag makes it way back there. What a fiasco. CHAP MOTO NEEDS TO GET THERE S#!^ TOGETHER!! LAST TIME I EVER ORDER THROUGH THEM.. I would suggest motorcycle- superstore or rocky mountain ATV. I had to leave for work with an old bag that is falling apart at the seems. Thanks a lot chaparral. "

"Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered four ATV tires on a Sunday, I called Monday to confirm the order and to see when they were going to ship. I was told they were shipping that day and that I would be getting an email with a tracking number. I never got a tracking number but on Wednesday of that same week I received two of the four tires that I ordered. I called again to see where the other two tires were at, and was told they shipped from two different warehouses and I would be getting them soon. I asked for a tracking number, and they told me they could not provide one, but I would be getting an email that evening with a tracking number.

Thursday comes around, no tires show up, and no tracking number is emailed, but I did receive another email showing the other two tires as a separate and new order. I called again, to see where my tracking number was. I was told by a very rude employee that they didn't get a tracking number because they didn't ship from their California warehouse, and that basically I would get my tires when I get them. I called back to complain about the customer service and was greeted by another very rude employee that basically told me the same thing.

After two rude employees, and no idea when my tires are going to arrive, I decided to send a complaint email about their service. The reply I received made the situation much worse. I was told that "I barely placed the order today, and I didn't receive a tracking number because I gave them a misspelled email address". They blamed me for giving them a bad email address, as the reason for no tracking number, but my conformation email for my order was sent minutes after my order, and I received it with no problem. I also called three times and they refused to give me a tracking number, so blaming me was very poor. They generated a separate order afterwards then said the order was placed that day. Then they gave me a tracking number for the two tires that were already delivered, like that somehow helps.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I wouldn't order from this half assed company again if they were the only ATV parts dealer in the country.

"I buy all of my motorcycle tires from Chaparral Motorsports. Their prices for street bike tires are cheaper than anyone else online. It took me only a few days to get my Dunlop d404's."
