"Service was great... timely and quick. The products ordered were as expected except for the Joe's travel water color bag. This needs some work to be really functional. I thought it was over priced too;but in the end, I did not send it back thinking I would give it a chance and use it.

The bag needs an outside pocket. And needs to be a little wider to hold a couple more travel size items needed. As it is I have to carry another bag to hold these few extras. "

"One of the items was a painting lab coat. Even though it was sized as a Small, it fit as if it is, in fact, a Large. Also the fabric is canvas thick and very uncomfortable. I tried washing it, but that failed to soften or improve the texture. I simply have to chalk it up as a failure - can't use it!
The art bag is very small and something I will likely not use.
The packette of drawing notebooks and pencils is okay and I will use.
All in all, I will not fall for the "bargain" appeal again. I wasted money that I could have used in a more targeted way."
