Multiple failed packages later they finally decided the only way to get it to me was to charge me extra to send it two-day-delivery (without my consent). I called and demanded a refund for the shipping because they charged me not only for the two-day-delivery but also for the shipping of the first failed-package they sent. I have just now received my package and it is MISSING two of my products both of which are on the bill (one says it's on back order but the other they forgot entirely).
