"Both options for delivery are a money grab--even if your buying small items--and the package can take forever to arrive. So much for all the cheap deals! Buyers using the standard delivery can wait up to 10 days to receive their products. It goes UPS to the nearest Post Office, then out to you from there--so basically it's delivered twice. For the same price or less you could just send it Priority Mail???? or how about just shipping UPS?? And, orders are not shipped daily so that adds extra days as well.
Merchandise is fine, good selection of what I use (watercolor) but I could drive roundtrip from my home to Boone NC five times in the same time it takes for an order to arrive.
Customer service is fine until you have a problem. Then a twenty-something-year-old takes the high ground and tells you that the choice you made is your fault and too bad if the Post Office lost the package....... They did offer to re-ship (of course) with the "fastest" delivery (option 2) which only takes a week.
Someone in the company needs to re-think this one.
