The box took longer than expected to arrive via UPS. I was very disappointed that it was a panel and not what I wanted. Usually when the invoice says 'No hassle returns' you should be able to call the company and have them issue a 'call tag' to be returned to their facility. I called and the service rep simply said 'sorry you have to pay for the return'. They just lost a customer. It cost double to ship the product back and I was very upset. "
