"The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was that I had to contact CJ's to verify items returned had been rec'd and to verify my refund amount. I left a VM and then rec'd an initial email followed by a second one with the correct refund amount. Apparently the person in charge of refunds was 'on holiday'.

I would suggest that, in future, a customer be notified by email as soon as possible that return items have been received and at the same time verify the amount of refund.

I am a loyal CJ customer and look fwd to doing business with them in future ;o)"

"Cheap Joe's has everything an artist needs at reasonable prices. My only reluctance is ordering only an item or two and incurring the high delivery costs. So I only go to this site when I need a lot of items."
