" I teach watercolor painting to 14 women every week. We usually order all of our supplies from Cheap Joe's. I find the website very difficult to order from. Searching for the Palette Porter bag and beginner's 12 tube set is next to impossible. The only way I can order these items is to open a past order and reorder it, first removing all the items I do not wish to reorder. It doesn't come up in a search.
I also find the constantly changing shipping rate very frustrating. I will order way more items than I actually need, just to reach the minimum for free shipping. Then, the very next day I will receive a promo code for free or $1 or $2 shipping. I think that an excellent customer such as myself should qualify for free shipping on every order over $50 or every order after spending a certain amount.
On a positive note, I appreciate how quickly orders are processed and shipped.

"When I started shopping at Cheap Joe's years ago, they would toss in a few gifts with each order. I always appreciated that kind gesture and it made me fill a little special about being their customer. They discontinued this practice. I wish they would re-instate it as I think it is a good way to build rapport with the customers. The gifts were nothing fancy, a sponge, an eraser, a few drawing pencils but I always looked forward to receiving my Cheap Joe's order as they made me feel like they valued my business. Now they are just like all the other mail order houses. "
