Update - Since writing this I was immediately contacted by your company and the staff was really excellent. Evidently there is occasionally a glitch in the system when emails are sent using an iPad so it is best to follow up by phone to check that your email was received if you didn't get a response. I am being sent a replacement part so am very impressed. "
