"Firstly: The original order took the full 9 days before I was able to find out what the postal tracing number was because after the initial given number I was unable to trace it on my own, it was never on line again. After 7-9 days I call in to your office and finally we traced the package and found out it had not even been placed or sent. Then I had to wait another 7 days before I received the shipment. After making this error of not shipping the first one for me, customer service courtesy maybe should have stepped up and apologized and mailed it to me over night express to make up for the error. Training employees in Customer Service all my life, I believe it could have been handled in a more professional way. Perhaps your shipping department could have handled it in a better way also. It is difficult for new customers to accept these errors and hard for them to forget. Hopefully in the future some serious attention should be given to the problem that occurred to me so as to not happen again. Thankyou "

"Cheap Joe's is awesome as long as you know what you want and don't order the wrong thing . Their prices are great and I got 3 orders very quickly. But when I ordered one thing wrong it cost me over $11.00 in return shipping. They have a great return policy but they won't help with shipping. My item was a lightweight plastic palette and only coat $20 to start so it kinda left me wary to order anything except what I am very sure of. Just be careful to order the right thing! "
