"Cheap Joe's Art Stuff is a great place. I attended a painting workshop there a couple of months ago. Joe himself is a fantastic guy and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a great inventory of supplies and good prices. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I find their shipping and handling charges when buying from them online to be extremely expensive, especially given the time it takes them to deliver, unless you get next day delivery, which will totally break the bank. I'd love to continue buying online from them, but the shipping handling costs and the time factor are deal breakers. I guess I'll have to go back to Blick and Artarama."
