"This company is such a scam. i booked a flight for my family and I and got a call a couple says later saying that the flight we chose was not available. They gave me the run around for awhile and it felt like every person I talked to was more clueless as far as helping then the last one. After looking into it I have found hundreds of complaints about them. I am trying with the help of my credit card to get my money back but I have yet to see it happen. Do not use them. Also they are not approved by the Better Business Bureau so that counts for something. "

"Terrible service!! I cancelled my flight in Sept and have not received my refund yet. To make matters worse, they process the cancellations fees seperately, so I've paid the full price + additional cancellation fees before getting a refund

Its been 4 months of follow-up and all I hear is "give us some more time and we will have the concerened dept call you back as soon as possible" and no they can't tell me when "as soon as possible is" and how much more time they need - its been 4 monhts!! The agents are rude and have no understanding of logic. All they want is your money, but service, forget it!"
