"Never again. I am in the Air Force and I was looking to come home for leave before I go to germany for the next 3 years. After booking my tickets online, my itenerary came with completely different times on them. I tried to cancle and I was put on hold for over an hour. After talking they told me they would only refund the 259 out of 430 something. I gave up and just bought some other tickets to come home. Then a couple days have gone by and no refund for the weak amount they told me they would. After wait an hour today to talk to someone I was told that it never was requested and I would not be refunded at all. I waited for over and hour waiting for a supervisor then got a answer machine. I would love to be spending time with my baby sister or little brothers but instead I am on hold and I dont have enough money to do anything. Thank you cheapoair."
