"The main page of the site offers a promotional code to use in order to get an additional discount, but to actually apply the discount you need to find a hidden hyperlink, click on it and a window will then open up in order to allow you to apply your discount. Because this field is hidden I missed it during the ordering process. Their foreign-staffed customer service agents are not helpful at all and would not apply the discount even though I called immediately after ordering. BUYER BEWARE."
