"I ordered 2 boxes and they were wrong. I called twice and was left on hold for 20 mins each time. I emailed twice and no one got back to me. Needless to say, I did not speak to anyone and never got my ordered corrected or a refund."
"The process: I ordered my checks on the 4th, they were shipped on the 10th, I received them the 15th.
The constructive feedback: I chose the design with leaves, they are very faint. I can hardly make them out. Also, the tracking number you get is for their side of things, not the shipper's. So, it will say they are printing, or the checks have shipped, but it isn't like other places where the tracking number follows the package after it leaves the warehouse. Although, I highly recommend getting it anyway because it's nice to see that it's making progress. Thirdly, my total ended up coming to over 12.00 for one box of checks (after taxes, handling fees, and trackable shipping). That is reasonable, but harder to digest when it's advertised at 5.00.
Final review: Next time, I'll order checks with no design, just a traditional type look, and expect to pay the added fee for the tracking number. I was fine with the 10 days it took to get them, they have to verify all of the financial institution info. I would expect it to be quicker next time. By the way, they didn't charge me until it shipped.

"I ran out of checks and needed some quick so I placed a rush, overnight delivery order. After a couple days I went to check the status of my order and it said canceled. Called them and asked, guess there was a problem with my bank but their policy is to not inform the customer that their order has been canceled and just assume you figure it out when your order doesn't arrive. They seem totally okay with this policy and don't care one bit that they screwed me over. "

"Nowhere do they tell you if you get a record book or deposit slips on their site. The reason is they try to up-sell those items before you can get your order in and they try to get you to customize and sell insurance or some bull. I wrote to Customer service to see if the check register and deposit slips come with the checks and they did not answer. 0 stars for customer service. Don't get me wrong, all site pull the handling fee at checkout and most double of here, but the other tell you what your getting so even though they try to up-sell they tell you you are getting standard check register and deposit slips. I will shop with them and pay $5 more for truth in advertising except for the handling fee they all raise the price of the check in the end by about twice the original cost. "

"Minutes after placing an order on a Sunday I found I still had an unused box of checks for my bank account. I tried to cancel my order on their website but they do not have an option to cancel online. I tried to call customer service but they do not work on Sundays. I wrote an email immediately on Sunday and got a reply by the next day (Monday) directing me to call customer service to cancel because they were not able to cancel based on my email. When I was able to get my call through the always busy customer service number they told me the order was already in process and could not be cancelled. Its a shame they are able to process your order online but they do not provide for online cancellation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER."
"I was surprised to see "cancel" as my order status when I was checked on March 2 for my 2/16 order. When I called to find out why it was cancelled and why I was not notified, the rep indicated that there were actually 2 orders placed 2 weeks apart and both times the routing number had been mistakenly keyed in as the account number. I told her I only placed one order and asked why I wasn't notified about the error instead of them just cancelling the order....and I was also trying to figure out who else placed the 2nd order..She just kept telling me that the same mistake was made then too.. I told her I understood the mistake but still didn't understand why I was not notified..She said if it doesn't pass "security check" they don't reach out..But yet they knew exactly what the mistake was and did not seem to comprehend my concern that a 2nd order had been attempted...just kept re explaining the mistake that was made even after I told her to please stop repeating herself. Instead of reaching out to customer to resolve an (easily identifiable and fixable) issue, their preferred method is to not communicate with customer and cancel order. Never again!!!"
"Horrible experience! Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from checks.com. It’s been almost a month and my order never arrived. They also charged my credit card twice! I had to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card company after emailing checks.com over and over again with no response! This company is a fraud. "

They had trouble verifying with my bank, but didn't reach out to me by a simple email or call.

"After waiting 8 weeks for a order that should have been delivered in 4, I contacted them to be told that no one knew why my order hasn't been filled but i could get it in another 2 weeks. When i suggested that i thought they should cover expedited shipping i was told they could expedite my order but i would have to pay extra for it.
